PADDLESWORTH, or Palsworth, a parish in Elham district, Kent; 3½ miles N W of Folkestone r.station. Post-town, Hythe, Kent. Acres, 349. Real property, £494. Pop., 57. Houses, 9. The manor belongs to Mr. D. Brice. The living is a p. curacy, annexed to the rectory of Lyminge, in the diocese of Canterbury. The church stands on high ground, is Norman, and has interesting N and S doors.
