Bruff, par. and market town, on river Morning Star, mid. co. Limerick, 6 miles N. of Kilmallock ry. sta.& par., 1330 ac., pop. 1800; town, pop. 1600; P.O., T.O., 2 Banks. Market-day, Friday.
