POTTO, a township in Whorlton parish, N. R. Yorkshire; on the North Yorkshire and Cleveland railway, 4½ miles S W of Stokesley. It has a station with telegraphon the railway . Acres, 1, 442. Real property, £2,022. Pop., 194. Houses, 46.
