ADLINGFLEET, a township and a parish in Goole district, W. R. Yorkshire. The township lies near the confluence of the Ouse and the Trent, 5½ miles E of Goole r. station; and has a post office under Howden. Acres, 1,680. Real property, £2,842. Pop., 225. Houses, 58. The parish includes also the townships of Fockerby, Haldenby, and Eastoft. ...


Acres, 5,295. Real property, £7,308. Pop., 480. Houses, 107. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of York. Value, £330.* Patron, the Lord Chancellor. The church is good. The vicarage of Eastoft is separate. There are a Wesleyan chapel, a national school, and charities £69.
