An inscribed stone found here, and mention ed by Camden, is at Lord Bagot's seat of Pool Park. The living is a rectory in the diocese of St. Asaph. Value, £292.* Patron, the Bishop of Llandaff. The church is good; and there are charities £57. Fairs are held on Easter Tuesday and 24 Oct.
