Houses, 139. The property is divided among three. The living is a rec tory in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £480.* Patron, alternately Earl Manvers and the Earl of Scarborough. The church is ancient. There are Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist chapels. Will Scarlet, the friend of Robin Hood, is said to have resided in Eakring.
