Dunsinane, seat, 7 miles NE. of Perth; 3 miles SE and 8½ miles NE. of Perth is Dunsinane Hill, one of the Sidlaws, alt. 1012 ft.; it has vestiges of an ancient fort, locally called Macbeth's Castle.
