Lilleshall, par. and vil., Shropshire - par. (containing Donnington Wood), 0140 ac., pop. 3844; vil., on branch of Shrewsbury Canal, 3 miles SW. of Newport; P.O.; has coal mines. Near the vil. stand the ruins of Lilleshall Abbey. Lilleshall is the seat of the Duke of Sutherland.
