Gourdie, an estate, with a mansion, in a detached portion of Clunie parish, Perthshire. The mansion, 4½ miles NNE of Murthly station, is large and substantiall and occupies a charming site near the eastern base of Gourdie Hill (517 feet) and the northern shore of a crescent-shapedlake (3 x ½ fur;-). It commands a delightful; view, and is the seat of Mrs Kinloch, who holds 788 acres in the shire, valued at £1269 per annum.
