FRANKTON, a parish in Rugby district, Warwick; near the Fosse way, the river Leam, and the Rugby and Warwick railway, about a mile from Birdingbury r. station, and 4½ miles WSW of Dunchurch. Post town, Marton, under Rugby. Acres, 1, 636. Real property, £2, 546. Pop., 239. Houses, 54. The property is divided among a few. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lichfield. Value, £110.* Patron, the Rev. J. Biddulph. The church is tolerable; and there are charities £15.
