VAINOR (Lower and Upper), two townships in Llanbadarn-fawr parish, Cardigan; adjacent to Aberyst-with. Acres, 1,148 and 1,459. Pop., 198 and 426. Houses, 39 and 81. Aberystwith workhouse is in Lower V.
