KIBBLESWORTH, a township in Chester-le-Street parish, Durham; on the Northeastern railway, 4½ miles S of Gateshead. Acres, 1, 580. Real property, £4, 903; of which £3, 000 are in mines. Pop. in 1851, 476; in 1861, 819. Houses, 141.
