PLAXTOL, a village and a chapelry in Wrotham parish, Kent. The village stands 5½ miles E S E of Seven-oaks r. station, and has a post-office under Sevenoaks. The chapelry was constituted in 1844. Real property, £5, 354 Pop., 1, 144. Houses, 216. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Canterbury. Value, £480.* Patron, the Archbishop of Canterbury. The churchdates from 1649.
