SOMERBY, a parish, with a village, in Grantham district, Lincoln; 3½ miles ESE of Grantham r. station. It has a post-office under Grantham. Acres, 2,990. Real property, £3,889. Pop., 234. Houses, 51. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £645.* Patron, Lord Willoughby D'Eresby. The church is old.
