Post town, Hoveringham, under Nottingham. Acres, 924. Real property, £1, 915. Pop., 116. Houses, 26. The property is divided between two. The living is a p. curacy in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £58. Patron, the Dowager Countess of Carnarvon. The church is ancient but good, and has a tower.
