Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for Carrick

Carrick, near middle of W. side of Loch Goil, Argyllshire; P.O.; upon a nearly sea-girt rock is C. Castle, roofless, but otherwise fairly entire, and presenting a good specimen of a 15th century stronghold.
